Aldehyde Iso C 11 has a predominant place in the fatty aldehyde series. It is several times stronger than Aldehyde C 11 Undecylenic and has a fresher, more complex odour profile. This aldehyde is particularly effective for modern soap accords and has a good fabric substantivity.
These share the same CAS number (1337-83-3) — the same core molecule sold under different trade names. They're close to interchangeable, but purity and isomer ratio can cause subtle differences in strength and character, so treat them as near-identical rather than exactly the same.
