Can aid in creating a realistic rose but it is very stout despite some of its linalool freshess. It is sometimes described as a “gassy-green” or “hard green” floral with lots of lift but poor longevity. Certain materials have a less gassy more 'bread-like' topnote (Rose de Mai) which is warmer and more pleasant than the 'gassy' type of odor
