Toscanol™ has a powerful and linear anisic, sweet-spicy note of estragole (methyl chavicol), liquorice and sassafras oil character with a touch of saffron, myrtle, opoponax and carvi seeds. Toscanol™ can be used in all kind of accords to add anisic agrestic and aromatic character. Useful in Fine Fragrance and in Consumer Products as a substitute for basil oil, tarragon oil, synthetic estragole (methyl chavicol) and safrole.
