Vanitrope has a refined, sweet vanilla character with distinctive heliotrope-violet nuances, tobacco warmth, woody-spicy depth, and a powdery drydown — cleaner and roughly twenty times more potent than vanillin.
These share the same CAS number (94-86-0) — the same core molecule sold under different trade names. They're close to interchangeable, but purity and isomer ratio can cause subtle differences in strength and character, so treat them as near-identical rather than exactly the same.
